Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using the VPNWS cross-border network acceleration subscription. By creating an account and using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.
Service Overview and Scope
VPNWS provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription that uses international routes to help individual users reach international websites and services and to optimize network paths in cross-border scenarios. The service covers 120+ countries / 220+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients.
Creating an account requires no email address — a username and password are all you need. Once the subscription is active, you can get it from the user panel and import it into your client. There is no limit on simultaneous devices.
Route names and region labels indicate only where the exit point is located. They do not grant any authorization over third-party websites, apps, or content, and they are not a guarantee that any particular content will be accessible or will stream at a given quality.
Account and Subscription Rules
An account is for the registered user only and may not be transferred, rented, sold, or otherwise made available to anyone else. Subscription URLs and subscription links are personal credentials — do not post them on forums, in chat groups, in public code repositories, or anywhere else public, and do not redistribute them.
There is no limit on simultaneous devices, but if the system detects clear signs of abnormal sharing, the service may suspend the account in question and ask the user to fix the issue first.
Monthly subscription data resets every month on the activation date; data packs last until they run out and never expire; for mid-term upgrades, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Please keep your username and password safe. Any loss caused by credentials you disclose yourself is your own responsibility.
Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations of the place where you are located and where you use the service, and you are responsible for everything you do through the service.
You may not use the service for any unlawful activity or any activity that infringes the rights of others, including but not limited to: network attacks, unauthorized access, distributing illegal content, sending spam, bulk account registration, and scraping other people's data.
Cross-border access and network acceleration are for lawful personal use only. The service does not provide content of any kind and is not responsible for third-party content you access. If we receive a lawful request from a competent authority, or find clear unlawful use of an account, the service will act in line with the relevant regulations.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
The service works continuously to keep routes available and stable, but it does not promise zero downtime at all times or on every network. Planned maintenance will be announced on the site in advance wherever possible.
The service is not liable for indirect losses caused by interruptions, delays, or data discrepancies resulting from force majeure, upstream route changes, third-party policy changes, or your local network, device, or configuration.
Availability and streaming quality on third-party platforms (such as streaming services and AI tools) are determined by their own policies and may change over time; the service makes no long-term commitment about them.
Do not use the service for anything that requires strict continuity, such as real-time trading, medical, or industrial control systems.
Account Termination
The service may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: unauthorized resale, sharing, or public disclosure of subscription credentials; using the service for unlawful purposes; abusing resources in a way that affects other users; registering under someone else's identity; and failing to renew or leaving a balance unpaid after expiry.
How we handle it depends on the severity: usually a request to fix the issue or a temporary suspension, and for serious cases, immediate termination. Amounts already paid are handled under the Refund Policy.
You may also stop using the service at any time and submit a cancellation request from the user panel.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
These terms may be updated as the business changes or to meet compliance requirements. When that happens, a new last-updated date will appear at the top of this page; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes that affect your rights will be announced on the site.
