This page explains what data VPNWS (referred to below as “the Service”) handles while providing its cross-border network acceleration subscription service, what that data is used for, and how users can manage their own data.

1. What Data We Collect and Why

Signing up requires only a username and password — no email address. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, so the Service cannot recover the original password from its database.

Subscription and order data covers the plan purchased, activation date, order status and payment result. It is used to activate subscriptions, reset data allowances on the activation date, handle upgrade price differences, process refunds and verify support requests.

Metering data for our routes covers session connection time, duration and bytes transferred. It is used to track data usage, reset usage cycles and troubleshoot connection problems. This data does not include browsing destinations.

Site analytics record page views, referrers and approximate region in aggregate form, to help decide which content needs updating. The results do not identify any individual and are not linked to account identities.

2. Our No-Logs Stance

The Service does not record which websites users visit, does not log domain queries, and does not store destination addresses in connection logs. This is how it works by default — no extra request or setting is required.

Data metering and browsing records are two different things. The first shows how many GB an account has used and is the basis for billing and data resets; the second would show which websites an account visited, and the Service keeps no such records.

Traffic between users and the Service's routes is carried over quantum encryption; the contents are never parsed or retained.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The site and user panel store a small amount of essential information in your browser's local storage:

  • Login credentials: keep you signed in after a page refresh; they stop working once you sign out or the credentials expire;
  • Interface preferences: remember the interface language and display options you choose;
  • Session tokens: ensure form submissions and page redirects work correctly.

This information is used only for the site's own functionality and is never shared with third-party ad trackers.

4. Third-Party Services and Payments

Payments are made via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Each channel handles the payment process itself; the Service never sees or stores payment credentials such as card numbers or payment passwords. It only receives the payment result (success or failure, amount, order number) in order to activate the subscription.

Delivering a subscription involves client downloads and issuing the subscription URL; those records are used only to verify account entitlements. Beyond what is necessary to complete payment and deliver the subscription, the Service does not sell or rent user data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Account data: kept for as long as the account exists;
  • Order and refund records: kept as long as needed for financial reconciliation and support; deleted or anonymized once that period ends;
  • Usage metering data: reset monthly on the activation date, used for usage statistics and route scheduling;
  • Visit statistics: kept in aggregate form and never tied to an individual.

Users can submit a request through the ticket section of the user panel to access, correct or delete their account data. Once an account is deleted, the order and ticket records linked to it are deleted or anonymized as well.

6. Policy Updates and Contact

If this policy changes, the content on this page is updated directly and the “Last updated” date at the top is changed at the same time. For major changes affecting the scope of data collection or the purposes of use, an announcement is posted in the user panel in advance.

If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise your data-related rights, submit a request via the ticket section of the user panel; the Service will reply after verifying account ownership.
